For this poster I went for the subtle, soft, minimal and clever. I avoided at all costs to use the two main elements in this movie: a girl and a balloon. So rather than expressively putting them out there I chose to give hints of it: the blue shoes indicate they are from a girl, a girl whose mind travels far and dreams up in the sky; the strings mingle with shoe laces and allude to the red balloons. The type follows the natural flows and the strings comes off revealing the director's name and the main actress. The feather gives hints to an important character in the movie.
