Arabesques is driven by the rhythmic colorful and linear patterns inspired from Islamic art and geometric motifs. With a modern graphic treatment, revolving around one motif made out of the same line thickness and quality, the various color combinations and symmetrical applications strive to create an endless universe of patterns. Depending on color and its distribution, the shapes reflect either an oriental feel or a moreover modern quality to them. Arabesques aims to add color and structure both outdoors in the streets, and indoors from walls to bed sheets alternating between wallpaper design and product design.
Arabesques 102 was exhibited at the Newcomers' Exhibition during Beirut Design Week 2013.
