This project was for a photography class that focused on the 35 mm camera in the first half of the semester and the digital camera in the second half of the semester.
My assignment was to document a situation or place with a series of images. I chose to document the 4-H Livestock Judging County Fair in Alice, Texas. While there, I tried to capture the feel of the small-town country air that permeated the event. However, I also capture some quirks that seem to fit a small, Texas town like the Cross Trails Cowboy Church or the seemingly quiet amusement park, shown here, that will more than likely liven up come nightfall.
This photo was taken at a 4-H Livestock Judging and Festival in Alice, Texas with a 35 mm camera. I developed the film and photograph. Then I scanned the image into the computer.
