- This project was a learning experience.
First off, its amazing what can be accomplished in an hour with an idea and a clear sketch.
Second, this pushes the YMCA brand standards to its limits. The YMCA has very strict standards for printed materials, and especially when it is a major fundraiser such as this. This is taking advantage of grey areas that exist within the standards manual. I was able to present this and get it accepted based on the overall design, despite a few questionable bending of the standards.
