Agency for Community Empowerment

The Agency for Community Empowerment, a non-profit organization that helps patients after they leave the hospital, was looking to rebrand in order to maintain their presence within their community. 

Disheveled blocks created the perfect concept for patients of the ACE organization. The progression of the blocks being picked up by the heart balloons generate great recognition for the organization as well as a strong symbol of hope for patients.
