Description
Literacy rates have continued to be problem for the nation. To help absolve this, the ALA (American Library Association) has implemented literacy education programs within school libraries, yet only 13% of these received the necessary funding and staff to carry these out. Using a unique representation of books, the poster series advocates the need for federally funded literacy education in order to develop early reading skills in children.
