Quick rendering of a one-bedroom, open-plan loft in a renovated building in Northern California. I used the floor plan to determine dimensions and 'staged' the space using digital paint.
The exterior view illustrates the commercial potential of the ground floors and the sidewalk usage around the building. These illustrations were used to successfully market the building to renters - both residential and commercial.
