Le Goût du risque" is a fanzine that lists the best greasy spoons in France. Volume 1 focuses on the Marseille food scene, with a particular focus on mixed tables. This project is the result of the meeting of two gastronomic journalists (Tony Collins and Goulven Le Pollès) with BIS Studio Graphique founded by Lilian Chevallier and Hugues Carrere.
To realise this zine, Tony and Goulven have scoured the addresses off the beaten track in order to extract the DNA of the best Marseille greasy spoons. Other editions will follow in several French cities.
BIS Studio Graphique was in charge of graphically transcribing the universe and spirit of the fanzine with its raw style.
In a few figures, "Le Goût Du Risque" is:
54 illustrated pages, 21 selected addresses, 15 nationalities represented, and kilometres travelled to find the best food spots in the Phocaean city.
