GUMP is the tool for design-process organization, understanding and fixing customer expectations.
 BUSINESS FLOW: Designer/Company (the person who provides services) interacts with the Customer (the person who buys these services, needs them) in the field of web design. BUSINESS TASK: Make research and if we get some a-ha insights in the research field, create a tool that will help fix (and clearly understand) the Customer's wishes. Process automatization by removing the person who collects information from the chain (in our case, this person is a Sales Manager). So after research we found out that the main issue was the long boring fields for collecting information and a lots of digital assets in different tools that he needs provide to designer. Most people are too lazy and sometimes can be frighten of this process. By creating GUMP we will speed up and simplify the process of collecting information, make client to gave us all the info in the most fun and painless way.
