Vanderbrand was approached by Great Gulf to execute a brand and marketing campaign for the exclusive penthouse collection at One Bloor. Having launched in 2008 and awarded the Best International High-Rise Development by International Property Awards in 2015, a fresh approach was required to reimagine the brand for a new and discerning penthouse market.
In addition to the development of a fresh brand identity, Vanderbrand oversaw the creative direction of a photography campaign and produced a limited edition of hard cover photo books with a crisp, clean design.
Through evocative images and storytelling, this publication not only presented the exceptional residences and world-class resort amenities of One Bloor; it also introduced the prestigious neighbourhood of Yorkville to an international readership.
At every touchpoint, the Penthouses at One Bloor brand reflected the residences’ truly elevated offering.
