I created the visual identity for Renstway, an online property management system. Rentsway is a one-stop-shop that provides an easy way to manage everything having to do with living in an apartment. For both landlords and tenants.
The aim was to create a brand identity that conveys simplicity of renting, while renting in New York city, never comes across as easy.
So the new identity is a study in minimalism - stripping away all but the most basic elements like typography and color to create a simple and memorable logotype.
