    With the Garnier Fructis Hair Hotspot, a pop-up styling bar, guests can get their hair-styled free of charge. Garnier's partnership with Refinery 29 continued with a film that captured the overall experience — the poolside vibe, fun, and, of course, that event-worthy hair.
