Background: Personal experience and careful analysis of tech support services, shows that listing services in their proper terminology only confuses the consumer; adding an unnecessary obstacle to their immediate need at hand.
Approach: The following brand identity represents an unorthodox experiment in which no unique mark or signature is applied but rather, lends voice to the consumer, using conditional statements over listing it's services.
