• Early May of 2017 in Chicago was cold, rainy, gray, and, of course, very windy. Although there were a few hints of sun, the blossoming colors of spring had its brilliance replaced with dull tones of gray. I didn't want to view the city like that so I used my infrared camera to document my experience by focusing on the contrasts in color, space, people and movement. I wasn't sure what I was going to see when I digitally developed these photos but the result was exceptionally colorful.
