Over the past two years, the creative and communications team within Nike Technology focused on one primary objective - to create a more comprehensive web experience for employees. As the lead designer on this project, I worked closely with developers, project managers, and additional key stakeholders to determine content and functionality for the site. As we created our wireframes and content flow, we concentrated on the most relevant areas and developed a plan to regularly publish new content in order to keep all employees up to date on programs, news, and events happening across Nike Technology. Once I had a solid structure to guide my design decisions, I modified the
overall layout and hierarchy, and designed all of the site pages and experiences to represent the iconic style of the Nike brand.
