Re-design branding and identity for BeUrban – a real estate, urban workspaces, and architectural/interior design company. The company is located on the most upscale section of Chicago’s Michigan Avenue also known as the Magnificent Mile; it is one of the busiest and most active neighborhoods that is in the heart of downtown Chicago.
BeOffice is changing their identity to BeUrban. They are seeking for a clean new look for the whole brand. My job is to come up with a whole new look for the brand and working with the marketing team to create all advertising materials from print to digital/interactive.
My first week at work I was working on the new logo design. The next few pages show my creative process and the finalized logo. The CEO of the company has a specific expectations for the logo; he wanted a very clean yet sophisticated looking design. This is an advantage because minimalism in design is my signature.
The weeks after that I spent most of my time working on the advertising materials (event flyers, snapchat filters, email newsletter, Facebook/Instagram ads) and stationary design (business card, letterhead) photographing the workspaces, and office interior design. #realestate #branding #BeUrban #Chicago
