A movement to transform the patient’s healthcare experience.
After two years of designing their user interface, Wedge was asked to define CHAYA’s brand strategy and visual identity. CHAYA is an emerging digital platform and a fast-growing movement with the power to change the healthcare experience for patients. The project’s main goal was to create a positive environment for patients. We sat down with the client to explore the various attributes that would ultimately define the brand. Together, we determined that CHAYA was warm, welcoming and empowering. Wedge used these qualities to develop the brand strategy and identity, characterized by bold colours and the message “The future of healthcare is you.” To bolster the brand’s inclusive appeal, we recommended adding a unique section on the website with patients’ stories. This would make the CHAYA platform a place where people can share personal experiences and connect.
