    The goal of our redesign was to take marvelous content and present it in a way that feels respectable and modern. The research team has a lot of great personality, and that needs to shine through, along with the Smarter Workforce brand, to give the reader some solid information and a delightful experience. The previous library was not fluidly responsive, but it did provide an adaptive mobile site.
