In 2013, Vonage wanted to launch their VOIP telephone service in Brazil. The consumer telecommunications market in Brazil is already incredibly cluttered, this has created frustration and distrust among the Brazilian customers. The mission of this project was to create a complete digital platform to inform, sell and manage Vonage products and gain the trust of the Brazilian market and win share from the incumbents.
The key challenge with Vonage’s brand launch in Brazil is that it would be happening entirely in digital through online advertising, the main website and social channels.
My Role in this project:
As ECD, I led the the creative efforts of Lowe Profero New York and designed the site working closely with the great creative and UX talents, and two teams of developers: Comarch in Poland and Profero Ariadna in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
