The Lincoln chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) wanted to kick-off their annual membership drive with a print campaign that would 'fire up' the local ad community.
Provided with a headline and a lot of creative liberty, I wanted to design something that would stand apart from the subdued and mundane collateral that the organization and others like it in the area were producing. Hand lettering is one of my strengths, and I felt this would add a unique look and element of vitality that would grab the viewers attention and lead them to ask 'What's this?'
All the fuel in the world is useless without a spark to release its potential. Likewise, the local advertising community, with all its potential, needs something to ignite it. AAF Lincoln provides the spark.
