Given the brief to disrupt a category or industry, I decided to disrupt one that is very relevant to any student. Internships unlike any other employment, has very little regulation. There's no one who mediates between the employer and the intern which can cause dissatisfaction on either party involved. Therefore, I created Pro-té-gé to redefine the whole internship process. Pro-té-gé is a third part which connects, regulates and assist both the employer and the protégé. Because Pro-té-gé is a re-definition of an intern, I made reference to the way dictionaries define words throughout the brand design. While using monotone colors to represent that both the employer and the intern deserve the same attention.
