When the Japanese arrived in Peru in the early twentieth century they had difficulty finding some ingredients to make their typical cuisine. So they started using local products to prepare their dishes. It was from this mixture of techniques of Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients that the Nikkei cuisine was born.
"It's a place to gather friends, make several laughs, see and be seen. There we will have the best, with good price, good service and cutting edge environment. In order to design our model, we observe countless restaurants around the world and we try to gather in the 300 what we believe to be the differential of the places visited.
