Description
1101 New York Avenue, Washington’s first LEED Gold Certified office building offers tenants the latest in building systems to ensure their comfort and productivity. The brochure and materials were designed to showcase the architecture, elegant materials, location and amenities of the building to potential tenants before it was constructed to get them interested and ultimately lease space. The overall design exceeded expectation and 1101 New York Avenue opened in 2007 with Ernst & Young, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae and The Albright Group as lead tenants.
  • 1101 NY AVENUE TENANT GUIDE
  • A tenant guide and mini mag flashlight were paired together to form a move-in gift for the tenants of 1101 New York Avenue in Washington DC when the building opened in 2007. The first tenants, The Albright Group, were pleasantly surprised to receive the welcome gift on their desks with the tenant guide book that informed them of building operations and was a useful tool for their first day in the new space.
