D.J. Trischler is big idea driven.™

His past work includes the development of Chatype—the first custom municipal typeface in the U.S.A. D.J. has conducted problem-solving and brand identity workshops with dozens of start-ups, companies and organizations including Hasbro, the Chattanooga Public Library, and the Mozilla Gigabit Fund.

D.J. has served as Events & Programming director for AIGA Chattanooga, taught design at Chattanooga State Community College, and lectured extensively throughout the country on the value of the big idea.

Before taking the leap into his freelance career, D.J. worked at Widgets & Stone under the tutelage of AIGA Fellow, Paul Rustand.

D.J.'s originally from Pittsburgh and has a BA in Graphic & Communication Design from La Roche College.

D.J.'s interests include urban hiking, biking as a form of transportation, forest bathing, cooking, eating, technology, branding, and human behavior.
