Hello! I am a Lecturer in the Graphic Design department at Iowa State University. I completed my MFA in Graphic Design in June of 2011. Teaching is a career that is both rewarding and stimulating, where I can continue to learn and develop as a designer. I enjoy working with students, teaching them the tools and skills they need to solve problems successfully and creatively while encouraging them to reach beyond the familiar for a context that is both relevant and meaningful. I hope students will feel personally changed by their participation in a course I am teaching. Learning is a never-ending journey, where individuals should always strive for more, never settling for less.
