• Design graphic identities for exhibitions (logos, interpretive panels, interactives, multimedia interfaces, online exhibits)
• Design & produce exhibition catalogs, marketing materials and retail merchandising
• Produce presentation materials for project presentations and reviews
• Select illustrators, manage and art direct illustrations for graphics
• Create graphic panel schedules for production, installation & maintenance
• Produce & supply graphic vendors with final production files
• Supervise & approve all graphic proofs to final production

exhibits:
• Create concepts for exhibit spaces & visitor interactives
• Develop color boards, material specs & image archive for team resource
• Research materials, finishes, and techniques to support design palettes
• Develop drawings & specifications for signage, exhibits & interactives
• Research, purchase exhibit artifacts and finalize case layouts
• Create production & graphics schedules for cost estimates
• Produce scope of work docs and detail drawings for RFPs & contract bids
• Manage the production of exhibit fabrication bids & final selection

photographer:
• Photographer for exhibit content, 3D theatrical structures & exhibits
• Research photos for exhibit content & obtain usage rights for images
• Maintain project photo archive for graphic development & final production
• Edit project photos & select all final photos for final graphic layouts
