Dare Devil Di Stefano™ has worked for a variety of companies and design firms in different areas of expertise. As a college intern at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL, she has taken into account the research involved in order to reach a particular demographic through merchandising and marketing. In addition, Dare Devil Di Stefano™ has also studied nutrition and exercise science through her former career path as a personal trainer. Furthermore, she has also competed in a bodybuilding competition as a figure competitor. Her passion for nutrition, exercise, and design has led her to go back to school at the Pratt Institute for packaging design.

Risa Associates Inc. was established in June 2010. Since 2003, Dare Devil Di Stefano has practiced and created an ongoing learning process for design. She is now finishing up her Master of Science at the Pratt Institute for packaging design.
