Amanda began practicing graphic design at the age of 16. Amanda won the highest national honor in Skills USA, the Gold Medal for her t-shirt design entry. Upon graduating from the Thomas Edison High School of Technology in Wheaton, Maryland, she designed wedding invitations, screen-prints, marketing materials and merchandise. Additionally, she has experience in photography, sculpture and special effects makeup. Amanda runs an Etsy store called “ The Right Fork”, where she sells her handmade jewelry. She designed a collection of midwifery jewelry for the American College of Nurse-Midwives that is sold in their online store.
Amanda graduated from the Shillington School of Graphic Design in New York City in December 2019.
